How to submit a request

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • The URL of the infringing content on TopixBox
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised

We will acknowledge your request promptly (typically within 24-72 hours) and remove infringing content as soon as the claim is verified.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers
